Living on Minimum Wage

One night watching the news I started thinking...how is a person supposed to survive on minimum wage...seriously! So I googled how to feed your family on minimum wage and I actually found a menu to feed a family of 4 on $45 a Week! It has a menu for a week, a shopping list, daily prep instructions, recipes and nutritional information. It may not look like the most appetizing of menus to those accustomed to spending hundreds on food but I feel like its a valuable resource for families that are struggling.
